At the meeting it was reviewed organizational issues of the group’s activity, analysed the norms of the Law of Ukraine «On state-private partnership» and its role in implementation of projects of social importance in Ukraine, determined the issues that have to be regulated for implementation of the Law and the role of the interagency work group in their solving.
The group was established by the order of the Ministry of economy dated 31.08.2010 No.1082 «On establishment of interagency work group on issues of public-private partnership development in Ukraine» to coordinate of the activity on PPP development in Ukraine for implementation of projects of social importance based on interaction and common interests of the state, scientific and public organizations, business structures, territorial communities; development of institutional, normative-legal and scientific-methodological approach in this field; support of pilot projects implementation and spreading of the obtained experiencee. A. Maksiuta, the first deputy Minister of economy was appointed to be the Head of the group.

Memorandum supposes cooperation in field of development of methodological basis, scientific, technical and normative-legal support of implementation of PPP projects of social importance including projects on improvement of budgetary and tax support in this field, development of system of state regulation at infrastructure markets; generalization and spreading of successful experience of implementation of PPP projects, joint conduction of conferences, seminars, round tables and trainings.
Ukrainian Public-Private Partnership Development Center and Polish PPP Center have signed cooperation memorandum. Memorandum supposes cooperation in field of:
