The memorandum includes cooperation in the following directions:• development of methodological basis, scientific-technical and normative-legal support of implementation of infrastructure projects based on public-private partnership; • generalization and spreading of successful experience of implementation of PPP projects, conduction of conferences, round tables, seminars, organization of training on issues of PPP projects management, conduction of wide public discussions on these issues; • revealing of the urgent issues of functioning of infrastructure objects in Mykolayiv, preparation and management of their modernization PPP projects, creation of competitive environment in public sector attraction, ensuring the transparency of these processes; • development of model of preparation and implementation of communal infrastructure development projects as the expense of the funds attracted from foreign states and banks, international financial institutions and other financial and credit institutions by forming investment projects pool, optimization of cobditions of funds attraction, introduction of common unified procedures for management of these processes.

Memorandum supposes cooperation in following directions: exchange of information and materials on PPP issues (future events, experience of project implementation, development of normative and legal basis, methodology, organization of business processes), implementation of joint research projects on issues of risks management, monitoring of PPP projects, development of legislative and institutional basis of PPP, preparation and expertise of projects as well as spreading knowledge about PPP by organization of trainings, joint publications and joint participation in international grant programs etc.

At the meeting it was discussed the ideology and main principles of establishment of International Association of public-private partnership centers and the possible ways of cooperation between the association and its members. As a result of the meeting it was decided to sign the cooperation memorandum between the centers.

The objective of the conference-seminar — discussion of perspectives and experience of state-private partnership in infrastructure projects, problems of efficient governance, ecologic component of the projects, practical issues.
