I. Zapatrina and I. Kucherenko, the members of the Board of the Center have conducted a training in the School of Senior Civil Service of Ukraine of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine

On October 4-5, 2010 I. Zapatrina and I. Kucherenko, the members of the Board of the Public-Private Partnership Development Support Center have conducted a training  “Public-private partnership and public management efficiency” in the School of Senior Civil Service of Ukraine of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine.

Among the participants of the training were representatives of:

-         Ministry of economy of Ukraine,

-         Ministry of housing and communal services of Ukraine,

-         Ministry of fuel and energy of Ukraine,

-         Ministry of labor and social policy of Ukraine,

-         Ministry of defense of Ukraine,

-         Ministry of transport and communications of Ukraine,

-         Ministry of coil industry of Ukraine,

-         Ministry of economy of Ukraine,

-         Ministry of environment protection of Ukraine,

-         Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine,

-         Ministry of Ukraine of extraordinary situations and protection of population form the  consequences of Chernobyl disaster ,

-         Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine,

-         Ministry of education and science of Ukraine,

-         Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine,

The first day of the training was dedicated to the following issues:

-         Essence and principles of PPP

-         PPP in public management system

-         Modernization of infrastructure and PPP

The second day of the training was dedicated to the following issues:

-         Peculiarities of preparation and implementation of PPP projects

-         Opportunities of PPP mechanisms use in Ukraine. Financial and economic restrictions

-         Legal regulation of PPP. International experience.
