Iryna Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of Ukrainian Public-Private Partnership Development Center presented her speech at the conference-seminar «Perspectives of water sector development till 2020».

On June 1-2, 2010 in Moscow, Russian federation took place conference-seminar « Perspectives of water sector development till 2020». The conference was organized by – National union of water channels, OJSC «Yevraziyskiy», PIG «Vodokanal of Sankt-Petersburg», GK «ROSVODOKANAL», OJSC «Russian communal systems». The objective of the conference-seminar — discussion of perspectives and experience of state-private partnership in infrastructure projects, problems of efficient governance, ecologic component of the projects, practical issues.

The first day of the conference-seminar was dedicated to the Investments efficiency and management. The speakers were: S. Yashechkin, general director of OJSC Yevraziyskiy, P.Zolotarev, general director of Group of companies “Rosvodocanal” and others.

The second day of the conference-seminar was dedicated to Russian and international experience of state-private partnership in field of water supply and water drain. The speakers were: V. Siliutin, director of municipal institution of Rostov-na-Donu Vodokanal; S. Sivayev, director of department of fund «Urban economy institute», I.Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of Ukrainian Public-Private Partnership Development Center and others.
